Shipping & Returns

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be built and ready to ship from our shop. We do everything we can to build and ship ASAP. Shipping time takes approximately 3-5 business days. If you are not satisfied with your scratching post, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Excludes Shipping Fees. International Shipping: Any additional fees incurred after the order has shipped are the responsibility of the customer.
